A collection of schematic-capture, PCB-layout and fabricated-board work from across my projects.
Overview
This is less a single project and more a record of the boards I have designed and shipped to fab over the years. It covers the whole flow: schematic in EasyEDA, layout, design review, fabrication, soldering, bring-up.
I use this section as a quick way to show that I can take an idea from a hand-drawn block diagram to a working board in my hand.
Schematic and layout files define each board. Fabricated prototypes are assembled and tested against the intended firmware/hardware function.

Implementation details
PCB
PCB work includes component placement, routing, power/ground planning, connector orientation, fabrication review, and bring-up testing.
Components / BOM
EasyEDA / PCB CAD, Prototype PCBs, Soldering and bench tools
Engineering challenges
Routing compact boards without sacrificing serviceability, picking sensible connector placement, and catching mistakes before they get etched into copper.
Solutions
Clean schematic grouping, careful 3D review before sending out, and bring-up checklists so newly arrived boards get tested in a known order.
Results & metrics
A growing portfolio of designed and fabricated boards used across my embedded projects.
Future improvements
Templates for my common design rules, board revision notes, and clean manufacturing files for the boards I am happy to open-source.
